Sandy Boss (photos below) worked for 4 weeks in Louisiana with the a group called Pasado's Safe Haven Sanctuary which is based one hour from Seattle, WA. They saved 1,200 animals: dogs, cats, birds, also gerbils, hamsters and rabbits. Sandy and PSHS would like to thank Louis St. Martin, a local attorney in Raceland, Louisiana who let them operate out of his farm. He donated the use of his whole property for the entire time of the rescue; and C'est Cajun Catering Company who cooked vegan breakfast, lunch and dinner for each volunteer and delivered it to them every day. Sandy says "Little Katrina Louise is happy and healthy and spoiled."
